Dentist — Goldfields, $210,000 ceiling
Kalgoorlie Family Dental — Kalgoorlie, Western Australia
We will be direct: recruiting to the Goldfields is hard, so we pay well and we are honest about the trade-offs. Kalgoorlie is a working mining town of 30,000 people, seven and a half hours from Perth by road, and it is not for everyone. The clinicians who stay tend to stay a long time.
The dentistry is exceptional experience early in a career. You will see a volume and complexity of restorative and surgical work in two years that would take five in a metro practice. Four chairs, two dentists, a therapist, and four assistants. Nothing gets referred away unless it genuinely needs a specialist, and the nearest one is in Perth.
Equipment was fully replaced in 2023: new A-dec chairs throughout, CBCT, intraoral scanner, and an in-house mill for same-day crowns.
