Practice Manager — two sites, twelve staff
Willow & Vine Dental Co. — Subiaco, Western Australia
The three owners are clinicians who have been managing the business between patients for four years, and it is no longer working. We are hiring a manager to take the whole operational side.
The brief: rostering across both sites, HR and recruitment, HICAPS and health fund reconciliation, supplier negotiation, compliance with the NSQHS standards, marketing oversight, and monthly reporting to the owners. Budget authority up to $15,000 without sign-off.
Both sites run Praktika. There is a bookkeeper for payroll and accounts and a part-time receptionist at each location. You would be based in Subiaco with roughly one day a week in Claremont.
What the practice needs
- Three or more years managing a dental or medical practice
- Working knowledge of health fund claiming and HICAPS reconciliation
- Familiarity with NSQHS accreditation requirements
- Direct experience managing and rostering clinical staff
