Our associate of six years is relocating to Perth, which leaves a genuinely full book available from the first week. You would be working Tuesday to Friday alongside the principal, a hygienist three days a week, and two long-serving assistants.
The practice is deliberately unhurried — 45-minute standard appointments, one-hour restorative, and a treatment philosophy that leans conservative. We handle general restorative, endodontics to molar level, and a steady flow of cosmetic work referred by word of mouth. Complex implant and orthodontic cases go to trusted local specialists rather than being forced in-house.
Equipment is current: Trios 5 scanner, Planmeca OPG and CBCT, two Planmeca Compact i5 chairs, and Exact for practice management. There is no daily target and no scripted upselling.
What the practice needs
- AHPRA general registration as a dentist
- Minimum two years of Australian clinical experience
- Comfortable with molar endodontics and indirect restorative work
- Current professional indemnity cover
