Dentist — 3 days a week in Byron Bay

The principal is reducing to two days and is looking for one clinician to hold the other three (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday). This is a lifestyle role and we are upfront about it: the trade-off for the location is a smaller book than a metro practice, growing steadily as the town does.
Patient mix is roughly 60% preventive and periodontal maintenance, 30% restorative, and 10% cosmetic. A visiting prosthodontist attends monthly for complex rehabilitation, so you are not carrying difficult cases alone.
We have run paperless since 2019 and use Dentally, an iTero scanner, and a Vatech Green X for 3D imaging.
What the practice needs
- AHPRA general registration as a dentist
- At least three years in private practice
- Strong periodontal and preventive grounding
- Willingness to commit for a minimum of twelve months
What you get
- Pro-rata equivalent of $145,000-$180,000 full time
- Four-day weekends every week
- Relocation contribution of up to $6,000
- Monthly in-house case review with the visiting prosthodontist
