For practices, labs and clinics
Listing is free.
The standards are the price.
Four things have to be on a listing before it goes on the register. Practices that meet them hear from clinicians who already know what the job pays, where it is, and what the week looks like — which is a shorter conversation than the one you are having now.
Non-negotiable
The four things a listing must say
None of this is onerous. All of it is missing from most dental ads in this country, which is the whole reason this board exists.
The practice name
Clinicians will not apply to a suburb and a phone number. Naming the practice is the single biggest thing you can do for your application rate — it lets someone look you up, ask a colleague about you, and turn up already interested.
The pay band
A range, a percentage of collections, a daily rate — whatever you actually pay. "Commensurate with experience" is not a number and those listings are declined. A wide honest band beats a narrow invented one.
The roster
Days, sessions, whether Saturdays are in play. Most applications fall over on the roster rather than the money, and finding that out in week three wastes everybody.
What the work is
Patient mix, appointment lengths, what gets referred out, what is on the floor — scanner, rotary endo, OPG, a dedicated assistant. A clinician reads this to picture their Tuesday. Two paragraphs is plenty; a list of adjectives is not.
Start to finish
Four steps, no account, no invoice
Fill in the form
Ten minutes, no account, nothing to install. You can paste the description you already wrote for somewhere else.
A person reads it
Usually within a business day. We check the four things above are present and email you when the listing is live. If something is missing we say which thing rather than rejecting it silently.
Applications come to you
Straight to the contact address on the listing, with the name, AHPRA number, experience band and covering note attached. No shortlisting fee, no candidate ownership, no call from an account manager.
Tell us when it is filled
Reply to the confirmation email and the listing comes down that day. Listings expire on their own after thirty days, because a board full of filled jobs is worthless to everyone.

What it costs
Nothing, while the board is being built
There is no free tier and no paid tier — there is just the board. When listing does start costing something it will be a flat fee per listing, published on this page, and never a percentage of anybody's first-year salary. A recruiter takes twelve to twenty per cent of a dentist's package to forward an email. That is the business model this exists to undercut.
No candidate ownership
If someone applies through this board and you hire them in two years' time, that is between the two of you. Nobody sends an invoice.
No exclusivity
List the same role on your own site, in a Facebook group, and with an agency if you want to. Point the listing at your own application page and we will send people there instead.
No inbox after the fact
The contact address is used to confirm the listing and to pass on applications. It is not added to a mailing list and it is not sold.
Ready when you are
Write the ad you would answer
Ten minutes now, and the next clinician who reads it already knows whether the job is for them.
