Dental Prosthetist — independent denture clinic
The Quay Dental Rooms — Newcastle, New South Wales
This role exists because our current prosthetist is retiring after nineteen years, and his patients are not going anywhere. You would inherit an established denture caseload from day one.
You have your own clinic room and full use of the on-site laboratory, which means you control the whole process from consultation to fit and review without waiting on an external lab. Roughly 60% of the work is full and partial acrylic, 25% implant-retained overdentures in collaboration with our two dentists, and the balance repairs, relines, and mouthguards.
DVA and pensioner scheme patients make up a meaningful share of the caseload and the paperwork is handled by reception.
What the practice needs
- AHPRA registration as a dental prosthetist

What you get

- On-site laboratory with materials supplied
- Established patient base from day one
- Four-week structured handover with the retiring prosthetist
