A small role in a small practice. We have two chairs, two dentists, two assistants, and a receptionist, and that is the entire operation. We are looking for a hygienist for Monday and Thursday.
Every hygiene appointment is booked at one hour. We do not have targets, we do not run promotions, and we do not ask clinicians to sell anything. The patient base is largely long-standing, which means periodontal maintenance is the bulk of the work and compliance is genuinely good.
We use Airflow guided biofilm therapy and have a Florida Probe system.
What the practice needs
- AHPRA registration as a dental hygienist or oral health therapist
- New graduates welcome — we are happy to mentor
- Available Mondays and Thursdays
- Interest in guided biofilm therapy
What you get
- $46-$54 per hour
- One-hour appointments as standard
- Practice closes for two weeks over Christmas, paid
- CPD allowance of $1,800 for a two-day role
- Structured mentoring for new graduates
